Last Thursday, the Master in Sales event took place in Antwerp—an exclusive blend of cutting-edge scientific insights and next-level business expertise. It was a day filled with inspiration, networking opportunities, and, of course, sales!

We kicked off the day with a powerful keynote by Prof. Dr. Régis Lemmens, who guided us through the world of Design Thinking & Co-creation in Sales. Following that, Mr. Marc Teerlink MBA/MBI shared his vision on the impact of digital transformation and AI on sales & account management.

After a networking lunch, Prof. Manu Matthyssens provided valuable insights into the buyer’s perspective and what they expect from sales professionals in 2024—transitioning from traditional selling to becoming value chain advisors.

The day ended on a high note with a celebratory toast and the official awarding of the Master in Sales certificate by ISAM | Institute for Sales and Marketing.
